Rules

Rules are a powerful tool used to add automation to forms. To access rules, your role must have the 'Manage forms' permission checked. Once you have access, you can go to any form and access rules under the Rules tab.

Rules are composed of triggers, conditions, and actions. There is also a unique ID associated to each rule, as well as a field to name the rule and describe what it is for. This field is optional, however we recommend naming rules so that it is easier to find and for others to understand what it is for.
