Environments

Sandbox environments are Prelim URLs that are designated as a testing environment for enterprise users to build and test their customer experience.

Production environments are customer-facing Prelim URLs. Once you publish a form that's currently live with customers, they will be able to see any changes you've made.

Your organization should be set up to build and test customer flows in Sandbox, then promote those resources to Production. We recommend that changes to any forms, PDFs, and connections only be made in Sandbox, to test forms thoroughly and guardrail against unintentionally making changes to live applications in Production.

You can tell which environment you're in by checking the bottom left hand corner of your Enterprise Dashboard for the label "Sandbox" or "Production." The navigation bar for sandbox environments are white and production environments are purple.
