Working with search

How to use search properties

Prelim enterprise users can utilize the search feature, which scans through all applications within the accessible folders and locates the desired application.

To initiate a search, you need to choose either a default search property from the 'Search By' section or opt for a custom search property.

  • Default search properties are prebuilt and configured to assist you in refining your search by leveraging the numerous data points we monitor. Each search property comes with modifiers to assist you in refining the search. Additionally, administrators have the option to hide default search properties as per the institution's preference.
  • Custom search properties are the various data points your organization uses, in addition to our default search properties. These utilize the inputs you've created within forms to gather the information. You will need a special permission to create and edit these properties within the Build tab.
