To organize your PDFs
Star PDFs to find them easily later. Starred PDFs are individual to each user and are not visible across the entire organization.
Archive old PDFs that are no longer in use by your organization by clicking the three dots on the far right side of the row. This stores them separately from PDFs your organization is actively using.
