How Prelim Works

Prelim is a web application that both customers and employees can use to complete financial applications.

Here are just a few examples:

Opening a personal checking account
Opening a business checking account
Applying a personal credit card
Applying a business credit card
Adding or removing a new owner of your business
Providing updated annual financial information and documents to your bank

What makes Prelim unique is that our application is capable of powering any customer experience you want online using the same customer data set across multiple applications and it seamlessly integrates into all the systems you currently use so you can automate the back-end processing and underwriting as well as issue or provision banking products/services.

Customer Application

Using a modern, responsive web interface, customers can complete their application and assigned tasks as well as receive status updates throughout the process using our customer application. The customer application consists of the home page and application forms and tasks. The home page is designed to provide customers with an easy-to-understand to-do list and status updates.

There are two ways customers can interact with the customer application:

Self-Sign up:
Banks can embed Prelim on their website or an affiliate site or via a link
Invitation:
Bank employees can start an application and invite the applicant(s) to apply

Enterprise Application

Built using a configurable architecture with roles-based access control, authorized employees can start, review, process, underwrite, and complete tasks using a modern application. For applications that need manual review prior to exporting to the core or another system, employees can interact with application data, files, and metadata to perform their day-to-day tasks. Admins can build, test, deploy, and integrate applications with different services using a no-code builder to automate the customer journey. Routine tasks such as adding, removing, and assigning permissions can also be completed using the enterprise application. Employees can also use the application to assist customers throughout the process using our customer application mirroring capabilities.
