This endpoint is for providing a list of policies associated with particular roles. These policies are ORed together - if a role is granted an action by a policy, it is not removed by another policy that fails to mention it. Actions can be granted conditional on an operator on various context variables (see the first statement below, which limits the grant to when the requested folder matches a particular folder specified in the context_variables section).
